The temple “Sveto Blagoveshtenie” (St. Annonciation) was constructed and open in 1923 due to sponsorships of local residents and outstanding men in Provadia town. It is named to commemorate Virgin Mary. It was imortant religious place for the locals during the years after the Bulgarian liberation from Ottmoman yoke in 1878.
