Nicosia Water Board Museum

The museum provides a history of how people would get their supply of water from buckets and wells to old concrete taps and finally to running water in homes. The museum is situated next to the Nicosia Water Board’s main building on Athalassa Avenue and the public is encouraged to visit it. This museum features exhibits that present a detailed account of the effort of Cyprus’s inhabitants to secure their water supply throughout the island’s history.
